To establish credit with Cummins Cal Pacific, click on Application, print out the form, fill in all the requested information, and FAX to 949 253 6040. Also, click on Resale Certificate and follow same procedure as the Application form. Our Credit Services Department will review your forms, contact you if additional information is needed, and notify you promptly of the results of your application. |
