Fleet Compliance

Cummins Cal Pacific’s long history of serving fleets in California has allowed us to learn what our customer’s needs are, and how to be a resource for them.  One of these needs is the requirement to comply with, and the ability to understand, the current fleet rules.

In addition to working with many fleets on their compliance requirements, we also work directly with many of the government agencies who are making and enforcing these rules.  This allows us to keep up to date on the latest changes that affect your fleet.

We can work with you to evaluate your fleet, determine what steps are needed to comply, and help you repower, retrofit or upgrade your fleet.

Below are some of the fleet rules that we can assist you with:

California Air Resources Board (CARB)

  • Public and Utility Fleet Rule
  • Transit Fleet Rule
  • Refuse Fleet Rule
  • Off-Highway Diesel Vehicle Rule
  • Port Trucks & Cargo Handleing Equipment Rule
  • On-Highway Private Fleet Rule (currently under review)

South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD)

  • 1190 Fleet Rules, covering, transit, refuse, sweepers, school bus, publicly owned medium and heavy duty vehicles

San Pedro Bay Ports Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP)

  • Port Drayage trucks
  • Cargo Handling Equipment (CHE)
